Description: Conducting an inspection of a molluscan shellfish plant.

 

* The Seafood HACCP curriculum is used as a foundation of the Molluscan Shellfish Plant curriculum. Therefore, the Inspector should meet the competencies within Seafood HACCP prior to conducting inspections of molluscan shellfish plants.
