In many states, anyone who sells, serves, dispenses or delivers alcoholic beverages under the authority of a license or permit, including persons who immediately manage, direct, supervise or control the sale or service of alcoholic beverages, is required to undergo alcohol Seller Server Training.

An online food handler training course from Responsible Training is interactive, takes less than two hours, and features a training guide to help test takers learn the do's and don'ts of the food industry.
This training raises employee awareness about customer food allergies in a retail food setting. Specifically, it focuses on areas where the risk of cross-contamination is highest, such as the deli and self-serve stations.
In 35 minutes, participants will learn about the nine major allergens recognized in the U.S., allergen labeling requirements, managing allergen cross-contact risks in retail grocery stores and ways to notify customers about potential food allergens.
Developed for FMI by the International Food Protection Training Institute (IFPTI), this concise course trains employees and protects customers. It can be part of a comprehensive allergen management program.
A certificate of completion is awarded to those participants who successfully answer 75% or more of the assessment questions.
