To enhance global food safety by providing an accessible, comprehensive, and up-to-date repository of food safety training and educational resources and advisory services for professionals, educators, and regulators worldwide.

Vision Statement

To become the world’s leading platform for food safety education and advisory services, empowering food safety professionals and instiutions to have access to the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to protect public health.

Designed as a centralized, all-in-one platform, the Knowledge Network supports professionals across the food safety ecosystem by offering:

  • Practical tools and methodologies for assessing and managing food safety risks

  • Scientific models, laboratory methods, and data-driven strategies tailored to real-world challenges

  • Training materials and guidance for continuous professional development

  • Model food regulatory policies and procedures

  • Co-created solutions developed with input from authorities, researchers, and industry stakeholders

The platform fosters a community of practice that brings together scientists, risk assessors, policy experts, regulatory officials, and food business operators, creating new pathways for collaboration, innovation, and mutual learning.
