Full Basic Level Curriculum
The Full Basic Food Protection Level Curriculum bundle includes courses in seven content areas: Food Systems Hazards, Food Establishment GMPs, Preventive Systems, Supply Chain Controls, Regulatory Foundations, and Applied Regulatory Principles.
All 27 courses are developed with FDA to align with the IFSS basic level and are online, self-paced courses.
