Upcoming Food Protection Professionals Workgroup Meetings

The Food Protection Professionals National Curriculum Standard (NCS) is on target to be built out by the end of June, 2024. Upcoming subject matter expert competency workshops include:

  • LACF/Aseptic will be the week of April 8th, in Tampa FL.

  • Management Level will be the week of May 20th, in Denver CO.

  • Animal Food (Advanced Level) will be the week of June 3rd, in Kansas City MO.

  • Virtual Sessions covering Milk Processing, Eggs, and Sprouts will be held in April and May.
