  • Instructional Support Evidence

  • Evidence Strength

  • Notes

After the table, a short summary is provided with:

Stage 1 Summary

  • The dominant instructional level of the training

  • Whether the training is primarily knowledge-oriented, performance-oriented, or mixed

  • Whether the training includes evidence of practice, demonstration, or assessment

  • Any important cautions about weakly supported or inferred objectives

  • Do not perform competency matching in this stage.
