Partnering with the FDA to improve food protection
The International Food Protection Training Institute (IFPTI) provides FDA-aligned and evidence-based career-spanning training curriculum for U.S. and international public and private sector food protection professionals.
Instructor-led training in Battle Creek, Michigan is delivered at the Kendall Center, through a partnership with Western Michigan University.
IFPTI collaborates with food protection agencies to deliver instructor-led training at appropriate locations for the agency personnel.
Additionally, through the Training and Registration System, IFPTI offers on-demand online training.
Most face-to-face programs are delivered at the Kendall Center, through a partnership with Western Michigan University in Battle Creek, Michigan. Additional courses and webinars will be offered on-line.
